The Astral Universe

The Astral Universe is a world where power answers pressure. You play one of the Imprinted — a being whose soul carries a defining mark that does not grant power, but shapes it.

Progression in TAU is not a gift; it is a steady refinement of will. Every action leaves a trace, and every choice sharpens the frequency of your existence. You are the pen, and your experiences are the ink; what you face and what you endure define how your power takes form in reality.

This is not a world of fixed spell lists or isolated abilities. Power is systemic, flowing through everything and responding to the pressure you exert upon it. Essence is the raw force you draw upon, while your Signature is the mark that gives it meaning. Together, they define not just what you can do, but how the world pushes back when you do it.
